Saurabh Singhal
Welcome!
I am currently a Senior Lecturer in Economics (Associate Professor) at Lancaster University. I previously worked as a Research Fellow at the United Nations University - World Institute for Development Economics Research (UNU-WIDER).
I am also a Reseach Fellow at IZA - Institute of Labor Economics (IZA), a Research Affiliate at Households in Conflict Network (HiCN), and member of Health Economics at Lancaster (HEAL).
My research interests are development economics, political economy, and experimental economics. My current research broadly falls into three areas: (1) accumulation of health and education; (2) political economy of development; and (3) experimental economics. I received a PhD in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. I am also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
